After that, you pay zero agency fees, zero caretaker fees, and zero platform commissions on any property you rent through EasiRent. Your security deposit goes into a regulated third-party escrow account — completely separate from EasiRent's operating accounts and the landlord's personal accounts. It's only released at the end of your lease after a final inspection confirms no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Every listed property has undergone physical GPS verification — the landlord physically visited and checked in at the property location using our app. We also review ownership documents and require a minimum of 10 date-stamped photos. If a listing passes all three checks, it receives the 'EasiRent Verified' badge.
EasiRent has a structured dispute resolution process. Our support team reviews the dispute within 48 hours using the signed lease, move-in checklist, and all communication records. If unresolved, it escalates to external arbitration. Escrow funds are held until resolution — protecting both parties.
